Once I am able to start it, it is still getting too much fuel and will actually leaks a small amount. The new carburetor even had a re build kit put in it from a shop and it still floods when starting. The carburetor is adjusted correctly but still unable to remedy this problem. The shop charged me $175 and they said they do not know what the problem is. Engine has good compression and runs great once started. But this flooding issue I can not resolve. Any help appreciated.
